If any product is defective or broken you may return it for a full refund. All goods are guaranteed for workmanship and quality, if you feel the product is inferior please call customer service at 082 459 7551. International products may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or broken, ESP clothing items are in SA sizes and may be exchanged for a different size should it be incorrect, it will be reshipped free of charge. For International sizes please see size chart provided, sizes are in German.
Goods being returned to ESP are the responsibility and cost of the sender, unless damaged or defective.
Damaged Goods
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods, we will reimburse all your normal shipping costs.
