FIRST Check “All Products in Stock” choose category and search for item you want. All products in stock are available immediately; their price excludes local shipping and VAT, which will be added on when you check out.
If your item is not in stock search in “International Products” choose the category and then the item you want, it's colour, size & quantity. All prices exclude VAT and local shipping charges. All international products take 3-6 weeks for delivery; because the item is bought in Euros the item price varies daily as the Rand/Euro rate varies. Should your item be out of stock with suppliers an alternative colour or size will be offered, if that is not suitable then you will recieve a full refund. Payment can be made via direct deposit or credit card facility, this choice is available at check out.
When payment is made by direct deposit, a copy of the deposit slip must be faxed or emailed back to confirm your order, no order will be placed until this has been received.
When payment is to be made with credit card an authorisation form will be sent to you to complete, this must then be faxed or emailed back to confirm your order, no order will be placed until this has been received.
If you make payment for an item but it is no longer availble you will be refunded in full.
